5. Fees & Payments

6. Attendance & Conduct

Students must:

  • Maintain discipline inside the coaching premises

  • Respect staff, teachers, and fellow students

Any misconduct may lead to termination of enrollment.

7. Study Material & Intellectual Property

All study materials, notes, videos, and content provided by Maneesh Foundation are our intellectual property.
You cannot:

  • Sell

  • Upload

  • Distribute

Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Class Schedule & Changes

Class timings, faculty, and schedules may change due to unavoidable reasons. Students will be informed through official communication channels.

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Fees once paid are generally non-refundable.

  • Refunds, if allowed, will be processed only in special cases decided by management.

  • Admission cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

Maneesh Foundation is not responsible for:

  • Students' exam results

  • Technical issues (internet, device problems)

  • Loss of personal belongings on premises

  • Errors from third-party platforms used for classes

We provide guidance and support, but final performance depends on the student.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and use student data (name, contact details, academic records) only for academic and administrative purposes.
We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law.

12. Termination of Services

Maneesh Foundation may terminate a student’s enrollment if:

  • Rules are repeatedly violated

  • Payments are not completed

  • Misconduct is reported

  • Unauthorized sharing of study material is detected

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
